Dwayne Warby
Dwayne has worked in the Auckland property market for 16 years including 14 years at Colliers International where he facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars-worth of Commercial property sales and leases.
Dwayne has extensive transactional and development experience across a range of asset classes, in his private capacity Dwayne has completed a number of development projects ranging from hospitality through to residential subdivision.

Jarrod MacGregor
Jarrod has over 25 years’ experience in managing, repositioning and adding significant value to a mixture of industrial, commercial and retail portfolios within the New Zealand and United Kingdom property markets. He has had responsibility for portfolios ranging between $700m to $1.2 billion in value for entities such as Goodman Property Trust, Southpark Corporation, Ashtenne Holdings and JLL.
Within the NZ market Jarrod has had responsibility putting in place leases for over 1.5 million square metres and has overseen the repositioning of $1 billion of property assets through development and sales. Jarrod has also acted for a number of substantial off shore corporate real estate funds.

Peter Dufaur
Peter has over 30 years of experience in the Auckland property market. This has included 10 years as Head of Development for Goodman Property Trust up until mid 2017. Peter was responsible for all of the Trust’s development activity and has overseen more than $1.8 billion in successful commercial and industrial property development. As a member of Goodman’s senior executive team he gained valuable experience in market leading investment and funds management practices.
Peter has also worked as a retail property developer for Kiwi Income Property Trust and as a development partner for numerous private multi-unit residential developers. In his private capacity, Peter has completed several commercial, residential and land development projects.
This blend of experience enables Peter to tackle a broad range of development and investment activities regardless of their scale or the sector.
