Joint Venture between Mayfair Group and BlackRock
In 2023, Mayfair entered into a joint venture with BlackRock to form a high quality industrial real estate portfolio which is now managed by City Logistics Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mayfair Group.

Currently BlackRock manage assets for clients in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
This JV gives BlackRock representation in New Zealand and Mayfair work closely with the investment management team in Australia to increase the portfolio and manage property assets throughout the country.
